What we collect, and why
Quotation requests
We process what you enter in the form: name, company, e-mail, telephone, country of delivery, the subject you choose and the details of your project.
Purpose: to answer your request and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding. The request is stored as a record in our ERP system and a notification e-mail is sent to our sales team. What you write in the form is never sold and never sent to an advertising platform. If you have consented to measurement or marketing cookies, the services named in the Cookie policy are told only that a request was sent; that is to measure our advertising.
Server logs
Like every website, our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to keep the service secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies and measurement
We use measurement and marketing technologies only with your consent. If you do not consent, none of them load. See the Cookie policy for the detail and the controls; you can withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives the data
- The providers that run our hosting and e-mail (only to operate the service).
- Where you have consented, Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta and LinkedIn; the detail is in the Cookie policy.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data or share it beyond the purposes described here.
International transfers
SNG Plastik Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti. is established in Türkiye, and requests are handled there by our team. They are stored in our ERP system, which is hosted in Europe. Türkiye is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, so transfers from the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards or on the exceptions the GDPR allows (for example, that the transfer is necessary to act on your request).
How long we keep it
We keep quotation data for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the period required by law (accounting and limitation), then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable form and to object to processing.
To exercise any of these, write to export@sngplast.com.tr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in the EEA, the supervisory authority of your country; in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
