We develop profiles, strips and moulded parts to your specification, by extrusion and by injection moulding. A project starts with a drawing, a sample or a description of the application.
Project flow
Six steps, from enquiry to dispatch
- EnquiryYou contact us with a drawing, a sample or a description of the application.
- Review and quotationWe review the section, the material and the process, and quote for tooling, samples and series production.
- Design and 3D modellingWe design the part in CAD-CAM, model it in 3D and agree its dimensions with you.
- ToolingWe prepare the extrusion die or the injection mould for the part.
- Samples, tests and approvalWe produce and test samples, then submit them for your approval.
- Series production and dispatchWe run production with controls at each stage and inspect the goods before dispatch.

Linear drainage channel
A drainage channel we developed as a system. We extrude the channel body on our own lines; it takes a removable aluminium grating, in black or matt anodised. End caps, connectors, outlets and a corner piece complete the run.

An incomplete brief is enough to start: we settle the remaining points with you as the project proceeds.

Agreed project by project
We agree minimum order quantity, tooling terms, sample and delivery times and confidentiality with you for each project, according to its size.
